Dispatch score combines the rain window with runoff, low-point, service-importance, and condition evidence. The factors are demo assumptions; a city pilot must replace them with a validated asset inventory and drainage team's rules.

The live weather panel is a model forecast for the Kraków area from Open-Meteo. It is not a local rain gauge, drainage sensor, or official warning. The scenario slider is synthetic and separate from the live forecast.

The schematic drain assets, runoff factors, low-point values, service-importance weights, observation times, and field notes are illustrative demo data. The 0–100 dispatch score is the selected rainfall factor multiplied by a visible weighted mix: runoff 34%, low point 24%, service importance 17%, and condition evidence 25%. It is a ranking aid for the exercise; it does not estimate flood probability or guarantee that a place will flood.

Field actions are stored in browser-local storage. Nothing is sent to the City of Kraków. Before a real pilot, crews must validate the asset map and factors, set verification ownership, test the workflow in the field, and review data protection and provider terms.
